All sales are final. All parts are subject to price changes and availability. Any returns accepted are subjected to a restocking fee up to 25%. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable! Any product returned must be in its original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, instructions, and hardware. No Cancellations or Returns on "Special Order" parts. "Special Order" parts refer to any and all parts that are not instock at NTi.
Please note that NTi will only ship to a verified billing address of the credit card to the card holder. Sorry if this proves to be an incovenience, but we do this to protect ourselves and the customer from any and all types of fraud. All orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours, exept on weekends and holidays. If a part is "Special Order" or on back order, the customer will be notified either via Email or phone and the part will be shipped out as soon as it is taken off back oder. Most orders will be received by the customer within 7-10 business days depending on location.
NTi does not cover manufacturer's warranties. All warranties are covered by the manufacturer.
